Pumpkin pie for breakfast? Well, who wouldn’t want pumpkin pie for breakfast? No, really, who?

1 cup homemade nut milk or soy milk
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 frozen banana
¼ cup wheat-free oats
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 teaspoons molasses
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.
